Villa Maronja is part of our Premium Collection, a luxurious holiday villa that has been fully restored and beautifully refurbished. Modern design and high-end furnishings blend seamlessly with rustic touches such as natural stone interior walls. The villa is set in an exclusive and peaceful area with fabulous mountain and garden views, just a short walk from the historic old town of Pollensa and only a 10-minute drive from the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

Ground Floor
The villa offers a sleek, modern kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances including ovens, hob, microwave, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The central island with a breakfast bar is ideal for preparing meals with garden views on both sides.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a round table for 8 guests, and a bright, elegantly decorated living room featuring a Smart TV, Sky, Netflix and a Sonos sound system. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly onto the beautiful terrace.
Also on this floor is the first en-suite bedroom with a shower bathroom en suite and access to the garden.
First Floor
Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes.
Two bedrooms feature Juliette balconies, providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.
