This is Pollensina.
Pollensina was created by Iris Grünewald and Antonio Fuster after decades of working with exceptional homes across Mallorca through Balearic Properties and Balearic Villas.
Over time, they came to understand that the most memorable homes are not defined by size or luxury alone. Their character comes from their relationship with the landscape, the quality of the spaces and the feeling they create for the people who stay there.
Their long connection with Pollença, together with a shared passion for architecture, interiors and Mediterranean living, became the foundation of Pollensina.

Each Pollensina home is chosen and shaped with care. We look for distinctive properties with a strong sense of place, then refine them through thoughtful interiors, natural materials and spaces designed for effortless living.
The proportions of a room, the warmth of the light, the texture of the walls and the connection between indoors and outdoors all matter. We favour natural stone, lime finishes, aged wood, handcrafted ceramics and soft linens, combining them with contemporary pieces and objects collected over time.
The result is not a formula, but a collection of individual homes that feel calm, authentic and unmistakably Mallorcan.
Our villas are deeply connected to Pollença and northern Mallorca: the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, dry-stone walls, historic streets and the changing colours of the Mediterranean.
Rather than imposing a single style, we let each house guide us. Its architecture, history and surroundings influence the materials, colours and objects that become part of it.
This sense of place is what gives every Pollensina home its own identity while connecting the collection through authenticity, warmth and understated beauty.
