That is where Ellie comes in. As our Pollensina Concierge, she is here to help you before your arrival and throughout your time in Mallorca — with local knowledge, practical advice and the kind of personal recommendations that are difficult to find in a guidebook.
Before you arrive
Ellie is available before you travel, so there is no need to arrive with a list of unanswered questions. Need to know which supermarket to stop at on the way from the airport? Where to buy fresh fish for the barbecue? Whether a particular restaurant works well with children? Just ask.
She can also help you think ahead. Restaurant reservations, recommendations for a special lunch, ideas for a day out, provisions for your arrival or something particular you would like waiting at the house — the aim is to have as much as possible taken care of before you walk through the door.
Your local insider
Mallorca changes enormously from one village, beach and restaurant to the next. Our recommendations come from living here, not from a generic list. Ellie can point you towards the places we genuinely enjoy ourselves: neighbourhood restaurants, beautiful terraces, beach lunches, markets, bakeries and those useful local addresses that you only tend to discover after spending years on the island.
During your stay
Ellie remains your point of contact once you are in Mallorca. Holidays rarely follow a perfect itinerary, and often it is the spontaneous questions that matter most: where should we eat tonight, can you recommend somewhere for tomorrow, where can we find this, or can you help us arrange that?
