Questions for Iris
Why did you choose these villas?
I chose these houses because they are so close to Pollença. I wanted you to be able to step out of the door and be in the old town within minutes.
How did you approach the renovations?
I renovated each house with great care, using high-quality materials such as Mallorcan stone. At Villa Antigua, the washbasins were made to measure and carved in stone by master stonemasons from Mallorca. Across the three villas, individual air conditioning and optional pool heating are available; conditions and supplements are confirmed for each stay.
Which renovation is closest to your heart?
The renovation I loved most was Can Mas. It is a house from 1882 and was the first house in the valley of Ternelles, in the Can Mas area. That is why I named it Villa Antigua.
And Can Verd?
Can Verd was renovated with just as much love. It is a former Mallorcan farmhouse near the Son Brull spa, with spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
