Pollensina was created from a simple idea: to offer exceptional homes in Mallorca that feel personal, beautifully designed and genuinely connected to the island.
Behind Pollensina are Iris Grünewald and Antonio Fuster, who have spent more than two decades working with some of Mallorca’s most distinctive homes and locations. Their experience in property, architecture, renovation and hospitality has gradually shaped Pollensina into something more than a collection of holiday villas.
It is a very personal selection of homes that we know, understand and believe in.
For us, luxury is not simply about size or location. It is about how a house feels from the moment you arrive.

The proportions of a room. The materials under your feet. The quality of the bed. The light at breakfast. A kitchen you actually want to cook in. A terrace where everyone naturally gathers at the end of the day.
These details are what turn a property into a home.
Some Pollensina houses have been carefully selected because of their character, history or extraordinary setting. Others have been conceived and developed by us from the beginning, allowing us to create an entirely new generation of Mediterranean homes.
Two of our latest projects, Agata and Coral, represent this new direction for Pollensina.

Designed as contemporary Mediterranean retreats, both combine the simplicity and warmth of Mallorcan architecture with the comfort and technology expected from today’s finest private homes.
Natural textures, stone, wood and soft Mediterranean colours sit alongside highly considered lighting, bespoke joinery and carefully selected pieces of high-end furniture.
The kitchens feature Bulthaup, while bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces have been designed with the same attention to materials, proportion and detail.
Both homes also incorporate private gyms and state-of-the-art amenities, allowing guests to enjoy the privacy of a villa without compromising on the facilities normally associated with an exceptional hotel.
The result is luxury that feels understated rather than ostentatious — sophisticated, comfortable and unmistakably Mediterranean.
We are not interested in creating houses that could be anywhere in the world.
Pollensina homes should feel connected to Mallorca.

That might mean traditional Mallorcan stone, handmade ceramics, linen and natural oak, or simply framing a view of the Tramuntana, the sea or an old olive tree in exactly the right way. Our approach combines contemporary architecture and international design with the textures, colours and slower rhythm of island life.
It is this balance between Mallorcan character and contemporary luxury that defines the Pollensina aesthetic.
Because Pollensina remains a curated collection, we can stay closely involved with the homes we represent.
We know the houses, their owners, their surroundings and the little details that make each one different.
And the relationship does not stop when a booking is made.
Our team is here before and throughout your stay — from choosing the right house to restaurant recommendations, private chefs, boats, wine tastings and the countless small requests that can make a holiday feel effortless.
Pollensina is ultimately our way of sharing the Mallorca we love: beautiful homes, extraordinary landscapes, good food, long lunches, hidden beaches and places that are often discovered only after living here for many years.
We hope every Pollensina home gives you the feeling that, for a little while, Mallorca is yours too.

What captivates me most about the location of our villa is its location in the Valley of Ternelles, with Orange and Lemon Groves , Ternelles is one of the most fertile areas of the North of Mallorca and it is also often served by a welcome gentle breeze off the sea in the hot summer months. A ten minute drive from the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa or the beautiful coves of Cala San Vicente.
Our renovated house Antigua is located within walking distance of the Old Town of Pollensa, a treasure trove for food lovers, boasting some of the best restaurants that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Pollensa is a must-visit destination for every epicurean.

Pollensa is the place where I feel most at home and work here as well. When the opportunity arose to buy this old farmhouse in this magical location of Ternelles, I couldn’t resist embarking on the project: Can Mas 1882, was the former manor house that gave the name to the entire neighborhood “Can Mas”, we added Antigua because in Spanish it means antique, to distinguish it from other properties with the same name. Today Antigua Can Mas is a place of tradition where the past meets the future in harmony.
Our guests love Antigua because it offers the perfect balance of design, comfort and location.

When it comes to venturing out from the villa, the choices are wide enough depending on the age of the kids, teenagers or adults only. Whether it’s spending a lazy day at one of the nearby beaches of Cala San Vicente, such as Cala Molins, exploring the charming village of Pollensa and walking up the 365 Calvario steps, hiking through the rugged beauty of the Puig de Maria, there’s always something new to discover on this enchanting island. Hire a boat trip along the coast to explore the spectacular coastline from the sea and paddle through hidden caves.
