Antigua Can Mas Pollensa

1. What do you love most about the location of Antigua?

What captivates me most about the location of our villa is its location in the Valley of Ternelles, with Orange and Lemon Groves , Ternelles is one of the most fertile areas of the North of Mallorca and it is also often served by a welcome gentle breeze off the sea in the hot summer months. A ten minute drive from the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa or the beautiful coves of Cala San Vicente.

Our renovated house Antigua is located within walking distance of the Old Town of Pollensa, a treasure trove for food lovers, boasting some of the best restaurants that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Pollensa is a must-visit destination for every epicurean.

2. What’s the story behind your choice of the location where you renovated villa Antigua? Is there any personal connection?

Pollensa is the place where I feel most at home and work here as well. When the opportunity arose to buy this old farmhouse in this magical location of Ternelles, I couldn’t resist embarking on the project: Can Mas 1882, was the former manor house that gave the name to the entire neighborhood “Can Mas”, we added Antigua because in Spanish it means antique, to distinguish it from other properties with the same name. Today Antigua Can Mas is a place of tradition where the past meets the future in harmony.

Our guests love Antigua because it offers the perfect balance of design, comfort and location.

3. What’s can you do out from the villa?

When it comes to venturing out from the villa, the choices are wide enough depending on the age of the kids, teenagers or adults only. Whether it’s spending a lazy day at one of the nearby beaches of Cala San Vicente, such as Cala Molins, exploring the charming village of Pollensa and walking up the 365 Calvario steps, hiking through the rugged beauty of the Puig de Maria, there’s always something new to discover on this enchanting island. Hire a boat trip along the coast to explore the spectacular coastline from the sea and paddle through hidden caves.
